Order Confirmation

After confirmation, we verify product availability with our inventory and supplier network. If an item is unavailable or there is any issue with your order, our team will contact you promptly.

Our standard estimated delivery time is 7–10 business days, depending on product availability and shipping destination. While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, Used Engine Outlet is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If an order cannot be fulfilled within 30 days from the purchase date, you may contact us to discuss cancellation or refund options.

Order Shipment

Orders that are ready for shipment are generally processed within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation.

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be sent to your registered email address within 24–48 hours.

Shipping Inspection & Damages

Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery.

If you notice any visible damage to the packaging or the delivered item, note it with the delivery carrier before accepting the shipment whenever possible.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at info@usedengineoutlet.com within 48 hours of delivery, including:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the packaging
  • A brief description of the issue
